This is a four session journey into the spiritual themes of Yuletide. This is for preachers, teachers, and others involved in counseling or ministry. It is also for personal enrichment for who wishes to more fully experience a Christmas spirituality of hope & promise, wonder & mystery. The sessions are for everyone

The Advent Stories: The Biblical Images from Cycle B and Hebrew Scripture and the Gospel of Luke.
The Feasts of Advent: St. Nicholas, St. Lucy, St. Juan Diego and Our Lady of Guadalupe.

December 19 - The Christmas Mystery & the Feasts of the Twelve Nights

January 3 - Epiphany and Theophany: the Celebrations of the New Year.

The School of Sacred Storytelling is based on a non-literalist, symbolic, and prayerful approach to storytelling. Visualization, not memorization, is the central methodology.

Dr. Robert Bela Wilhelm is a Catholic theologian, iconographer, and hagiographer deeply committed to ecumenical and inter-religious storytelling, peacemaking, and dialogue.

"Celebrating Christmas & Advent Storytelling" can be taken anytime as a one-to-one Tutorial.
It can also be scheduled as a Residential Seminar or an Online Seminar if your community is interested.
Please contact the School if you have questions, or would like to register for the Tutorial. (include your email in the form below.)
