I am a child of the manse and a child of the south. So, stories have been part and parcel of my life “since the beginning.” My stories are attempts to catch up both the humor and the passion of southern culture, religion at its best and worst, and the kindred “spirits” that are to be found in so many other cultures. With luck, when you hear me “tell,” you’ll have occasion to smile a bit, wonder a bit, and appreciate the richness of your own life and memories.
Home base for me now is the Northern Neck of Virginia, near the Chesapeake Bay. I’m retired, so my schedule is active, but flexible. I’m a lover of travel and enjoy an invitation to spin a few yarns…..
